• Replace the screw closure and make sure it is completely secure.

The pendant holds only a small symbolic portion of ashes, not the full amount of cremated remains.

A Note on Memorial Jewelry Care

Always make sure the screw closure is fully secured before wearing or storing the necklace. Although the closure includes a silicone sealing ring, the necklace has not been certified as waterproof. Remove it before showering, swimming, exercising or entering water.

Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion, household cleaners and harsh chemicals. Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth and store in a clean, dry place when not in use.

Because every piece is individually personalized, small variations in engraving placement, nose print detail or handwriting reproduction may occur, making each memorial necklace uniquely yours.

Because each necklace is made specifically from the information and images you provide, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind. If your necklace arrives damaged, defective or different from the personalization details submitted, please contact us so we can make it right.
