ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Auratract currently ships to selected international destinations, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, selected European countries, and selected Asia-Pacific regions.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination, product type, and local delivery conditions.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time is usually 8–21 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, local postal service, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order value and shipping destination.

Orders of $119 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

For orders under $119 USD, a standard shipping fee of $5 USD may apply.

Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country or region.

Auratract is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Auratract is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@auratract.com with your order number.

We will review the tracking information and assist you with the next steps. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
