Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident and cared for when shopping with Auratract. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and accessories. Items that are used, damaged by the customer, altered, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@auratract.com with your order number and a brief explanation of your request.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund when applicable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Auratract is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund. In these cases, we will cover the related shipping cost.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible unused items in their original condition and packaging.

If the exchange is requested due to personal preference, such as a different style or item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any additional shipping cost for the replacement item.

If the exchange is due to our error, such as a wrong item or damaged product, we will cover the shipping cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and approve your returned item. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
