How to Process an Exchange or Return?

  2. Ensure Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items that are unused, in their original condition, and with complete packaging.
  3. Initiate the Process: Visit our Exchange & Return Portal , enter the required details, and follow the guided steps to complete your request.

Exchanges

  • Item Condition: Exchanges are only accepted for items that are unused, in their original condition, and with complete packaging.
  • Defective Items: If the item is defective or damaged, we will provide a free exchange.
  • Exchange Shipping Costs:
    • If the exchange is due to customer preferences (e.g., size or color changes), the shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
    • If the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged product), we will cover the shipping fee.

Returns

  • Return Window: All return requests must be initiated within 14 - 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Return Fees: A $5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless it is an exchange. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
